Rejuran® may be considered for people wanting to improve the appearance of skin texture, tone, dark circles, hydration, and overall skin quality. Suitability is always assessed during your consultation.
This varies depending on your skin type and goals. Usually a series of 3 treatments is recommended, spaced 3-4 weeks apart, then 6-12 monthly maintenance sessions. Many people choose a series of treatments in our package options, which we can discuss and personalise during your consultation.
Results vary for each person. Some people may notice improvements in skin hydration and texture within a few weeks, while others may require several sessions to achieve their desired outcome.
Most individuals experience minimal downtime. You can either plan for a few days of downtime or go about your usual activities.
• The visible bumps at the REJURAN® injection sites may persist for up to 48 hours, occasionally slightly longer in thinner or aging skin.
• Massaging the bumps may help reduce their visibility, but they will still be somewhat noticeable.
Be sure to schedule your REJURAN® appointments at least 1-2 weeks before any special events (such as weddings) to allow any bruising to heal.
Small bruises are common and should be expected. We recommend avoiding blood thinners, aspirin, NSAIDs, and fish oils for up to 7 days before treatment, if it's safe to stop taking them.
• Clean makeup can be applied the day after treatment.
• Cool packs and antihistamines can help soothe any mild itching or slight burning sensations following injections, though these side effects are less common.
• As always, please contact us for a follow-up consultation if you experience any unexpected or severe side effects so we can support you and provide any necessary treatment.
